Zuora User Guides

Overview

The Zuora user guides describe Zuora's billing and payments, commerce, and finance applications. This includes information about configuring the applications, using them in your organization, and how to troubleshoot problems if they occur. 

Billing and Payments

The Zuora Billing guide describes how to configure and use Z-Billing and Z-Payments, as well as Zuora's notification and reporting features. 

Commerce

The Zuora Commerce guides describe Zuora's commerce features, including how to install, configure, and use Z-Force to connect Zuora and Salesforce.

Z-Checkout provides a family of hosted checkout pages (deployed as iframes) that allow merchants to integrate subscription commerce onto their websites in a fast, secure and PCI compliant manner, with minimal coding required.

Finance

The Zuora Finance guides describe Zuora's finance features, including Z-Finance and Z-Suite, and the Transferred to Accounting field.

With Z-Finance, Zuora becomes a subledger to your General Ledger so you don't need to load detailed invoice, payment, and adjustment transactions into your accounting system. You can run trial balances, close the subledger accounting period, and quickly create summary journal entries that can easily be entered into in your accounting system.

The Z-Suite User Guide, describes how to configure and use Z-Suite, Zuora's NetSuite integration.

User and Administration Settings

The User and Administration Settings topics describe how to configure your personal and administration settings in Zuora.

These are located in the Zuora application in Settings > Personal Settings and Settings > Administration Settings.
