Overview
The guides in this section describe Zuora's commerce features.
Z-Force
Z-Force is Zuora's native Force.com application that integrates your Salesforce CRM implementation with Zuora.
Z-Force is designed to help your front-line employees use their Salesforce CRM accounts to create new subscription quotes and orders, up-sell and cross-sell new products, make subscription adjustments, and keep your customers renewing. And it's all seamlessly integrated with Zuora's powerful Z-Billing and Z-Payments back-office applications. So, everything flows through to billing and payment operations, and you have access to key end-to-end metrics like Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Total Customer Value (TCV).
Z-Force includes Z-Force Quotes, Z-Force 360, and ZDK. Z-Force Quotes provides key functionality to create subscriptions, amendments and renewals. It is also used to sync the product catalog between the Zuora back-office and Salesforce. Z-Force 360 syncs accounts, subscriptions, invoices and other objects from Zuora to Salesforce.
ZDK contains two components: Order Builder and Component Library. Order Builder is the first Subscription Quote-to-Renewal toolkit for Force.com developers and ISVs to monetize subscription businesses built on the Force.com Platform. You can use Component Library to create a completely customized Order-to-Cash process in Salesforce and Zuora, with minimal programming effort.
Z-Checkout
Zuora’s Z-Checkout provides a family of iframe pages that can be used to quickly embed subscription commerce capabilities directly onto your e-commerce website.
Zuora's Z-Checkout includes Hosted Payment Pages and Subscribe Pages.
