Overview

There are many different ways to add new customer subscriptions into your Zuora tenant. For example, you could log in to your Zuora account and use our web interface to add a customer account, then create a subscription for that account. This approach might make sense for a customer who signs up for your product or service over the phone or in person.

Creating Subscriptions from Your Website

However, it is also possible that your use case involves taking customer subscription orders directly from your website. To do this, you must set up an order form on your website that allows customers to enter their contact information, specify their billing and payment information, and select the desired product rate plan. You can then pass that information to Zuora via our SOAP-based APIs.
