Overview
In Salesforce.com, use the View Installed Packages option to see which versions of Z-Force Quotes and Z-Force 360 that you have installed.
Current Z-Force Releases
The current versions of the Z-Force products are:
- Z-Force 360 2.2 (released February, 2012)
- Z-Force Quotes 5.3 (released February, 2012)
Upgrading to the Latest Versions
Z-Force upgrade released quarterly. All existing Z-Force users will be notified via email when the managed packages are available.

Solution
To see which version of the Z-Force modules you currently have installed in Salesforce:
- Log in to Salesforce.com.
- Select username > Setup from the top menu bar.
- From the left navigation bar, go to App Setup > Develop > View Installed Packages. A list of the installed packages will be displayed.
- Look for the Z-Force Modules Z-Quotes or Z-Force 360.
- Click the link for the name of the module to see more information on the installed package, such as Package Name, Version Name, Version Number, First Installed Version Number, and Package Type.
When contacting Zuora Global Support about an issue related to Z-Force or about upgrading from a prior version, please provide the following information to the Zuora Customer Success representative for the package you currently have installed and for which you would like to upgrade: Package Name, Version Name, Version Number, First Installed Version Number, and Package Type. If possible, include a screenshot with your support case.
Tip: If you are not able to see App Setup as a link after going to Setup, you may not have permission to view that page. Please check with your Salesforce administrator for assistance.
