We are happy to announce the launch of the Zuora Knowledge Center, our centralized application help system. In 1-stop, you can view documentation about Z-Billing and Z-Payments, see all application alerts, read FAQs, and learn about new features. The knowledge center can help new team members come up to speed quickly as well as provide best practices for seasoned Zuora billing experts. You can easily access the Zuora Knowledge Center directly from within the application by clicking the Help link (top right corner) next to the Support link. Check this out and let us know what you think!
We will be retiring our current customer site (powered by Google Sites) -- you will find information previously on the customer site in the new knowledge center. You will no longer be able to access the customer site starting November 3, 2009.
You can now delete products from the product catalog if the products are not a part of any active, draft, or canceled subscription.
You can do this by navigating to Product Catalog | <select product> | More | Delete this product.
You can now update the invoice delivery preferences (e.g., "Invoice Delivery by Print") for customer accounts using the Customer Account Import. This allows you to quickly determine from an export the customers for whom you need to print and send invoices or to send via a different method.
