Configure overall style for HTML templates

After an HTML template is created and customized, you can configure the overall style and appearance to apply to the template. 

If you also configure specific styles for individual components, the specific component style settings override the overall style settings.

To configure the overall style for an HTML template through the Zuora UI, perform the following steps:

  1. Click your avatar at the top right and navigate to Billing > Manage Billing Document Configuration.

  2. On the Manage Invoice, Credit/Debit Memo Templates tab, click the HTML template that you want to configure overall style.
    The selected template is displayed in the online HTML template editor.

  3. In the Style tab of the HTML template editor, configure the general layout and style to apply to the template.

    1. In the General section, configure the text color, background color, content width, content width, and font.

    2. In the Links section, configure the link color, hover color, and whether links are underlined.

  4. Click Save to save the overall style configurations.
