After you import usage data by uploading usage files, you can download a usage file failing to be imported to check the error information. Usage import failure files are only available for usage import files in COMPLETED_WITH_ERRORS status.
To download a usage import failure file with the specified usage import ID through the REST API, see Download usage import failure file for more information.
To download a usage import failure file through the Zuora UI:
- In the left-hand navigation section, navigate to Billing > Usage.
- On the All Usage Records page, click > View Imported Usage Files.
- On the All Usage Files page, click > View Import Detail next to the name of the usage import file that you want to download.
- On the Usage File Details page, click the value of the Failed column in the Details area to download the usage import failure file.
The downloaded usage import failure file is in ZIP format, and contains the error information about each usage record failing to be imported.
You can also click the file name on the All Usage Records page or on the All Usage Files page to enter the Usage File Details page.
