Invoicing and Invoice Settlement
Behavior changes in memo taxation items generated in invoice write-off or reversal
This feature is only available if you have Invoice Settlement enabled. The Invoice Settlement feature is generally available as of Zuora Billing Release 296 (March 2021). This feature includes Unapplied Payments, Credit and Debit Memos, and Invoice Item Settlement. After you write off or reverse an invoice, Zuora now sets some taxation item fields of generated credit memo items by copying values from the corresponding invoice taxation items. The values of the following taxation item fields are copied:
Previously, the values of these taxation item fields were not copied when you wrote off or reversed an invoice. In taxation items of generated credit memo items, the fields had the following values:
taxRate: The value of this field is now set to
exemptAmount: The value of this field is now set to
taxRateType: The value of this field is now set to
Checkout.com gateway integration now available
Zuora now partners with Checkout.com to provide a payment gateway integration called checkout.com. The following payment methods are supported by this gateway integration:
- Credit cards, including:
- American Express
- Diners Club
- China Union Pay
