Get started with credit and debit memos

To issue a credit memo, apply it to an outstanding invoice balance, and send it to your customer, you need to do the following steps:

  1. Create a credit memo
  2. Post the credit memo
  3. Apply the credit memo on invoices
  4. Email the credit memo document to your customer
