You can edit or remove credit memo and debit memo templates in Zuora Billing setting.

Edit memo templates

To edit a credit memo or debit memo template:

  1. Click your username at the top right corner and click Billing > Manage Billing Document Configuration.
  2. In the Manage Invoice, Credit/Debit Memo Templates tab, click Edit.
  3. Edit the template name or upload the updated template file.
  4. Click Save.

Remove memo templates

To remove a credit memo or debit memo template:

You cannot remove the memo default template.

  1. Click your username at the top right corner and click Billing > Manage Billing Document Configuration.
  2. In the Manage Invoice, Credit/Debit Memo Templates tab, click Remove.
