Configuration Fields

There are some common fields you must complete for every gateway configuration. We recommend reviewing Setting Up Payment Gateways for information on these fields:

  • Name
  • Use Gateway Test Environment
  • Project Code: The merchant's account code with IBM, which associates with a preset country and currency. A project code can map to multiple countries.
  • Merchant Country: The country in which the merchant is located.
  • Keystore File: Keystore file that contains the IBM IPS server’s certificates and merchant’s key. Currently, Zuora supports the JKS keystore.
  • Keystore PasswordPassword to the KeyStore.
  • Cards Accepted
  • Default Authorization Amount
  • Verify new credit card
  • Verify updated credit card

Once you have entered the necessary information, click save gateway information.

Credit Card Reference Transaction Payment Method

Credit card reference transaction payment methods do not expire for the IBM Payment Services gateway. If a card has expired, the expiration date for the token must be updated with IBM, using a separate service call (which is not handled by Zuora).

Payment Cancellations

IBM Payment Services gateway supports payment refunds, but not payment cancellations.
