Report Generation Error on Internal Use Data Sources

We are currently transitioning to a new Reporting solution, with a new set of Standard Reports. See Create a Summary Report for how to use the new Reporting solution. See Reporting Migration Process for more information about the transition.

Overview

A report generation error will occur when running a report that was created with a Zuora Internal Use data source. The following is an example of the error message:

com.demandreports.repository.InvalidResourceReferenceException: The query 'Zuora.ZuoraLiberator.Zuora:dataService::InvoiceAdjustment:DataServiceTable' does not exist. It is referenced by 'Shared.CustomReports.InvoiceAdjustmentsSummary":rapidReportDesign

Symptoms

An error message appears when you run a report that was created with a Zuora Reporting Internal Use data source. For custom reports, you must select a data source from the Zuora Standard list to avoid this error.
