Install the GL Interface

If you intend to use this app to directly integrate with NetSuite, select the ApiBased run mode in the configuration window during installation. For general integrations, select the FileBased run mode during installation.

Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. Log into Zuora Connect.

  2. Navigate to My Connect > Tenants.

  3. In the Tenant Logins page that opens, find the Zuora Connect login for your Zuora tenant, then hover and click Apps.

  4. On the overview page that opens, select the Apps tab.

  5. Click New, and select GL Connector from the drop-down list.

  6. In the New Configuration window that opens, specify the configuration details for the app instance and click Create

    • Name - Specify a name to identify the app instance.
    • Run Mode - Select ApiBased for direct integration with NetSuite. Select FileBased to have the summary level files exported for uploading to an SFTP server or manual downloads.
    • Build Name - Select Production.
    • SFTP - Specify the SFTP server details. Leave it blank if you want to download the files to your local storage for further processing. This option is only available when the FileBased run mode is selected.
    • Source - Select an existing Zuora tenant login or create a new login.
      Important: Only Basic Authentication credentials without two-factor authentication are supported in this app. OAuth credentials are not supported.
    • Target - Select an existing NetSuite login or create a new login. When you create a new NetSuite login, you need to enter the NetSuite account ID and application ID. See below to learn about how to obtain the NetSuite account ID and application ID.
      Important: Only Basic Authentication credentials without two-factor authentication are supported in this app. OAuth credentials are not supported.

Obtain Your NetSuite Account ID for the Integration with NetSuite

Find out your Account ID by navigating to NetSuite > Setup > Company > Company Information > Account ID

Obtain Your Application ID for the Integration with NetSuite

If you have already created an integration for the Zuora Connect app in NetSuite, you can find the application ID in the details page of the integration.

If you have not created an integration for this app, select NetSuite > Setup > Integration > Manage Integrations > New to create one. 

Refresh NetSuite to ensure all changes are reflected.

After the app is installed on your tenant, you need to configure it before it is ready for use.
