Authentication for Standard Users

The Workflow authentication process for standard users is now changed. As an administrator, you must grant access to standard users in your organization before they can use Workflow. 

Procedure

  1. Log in Zuora and navigate to Administration > Manage User Roles.
  2. Select Platform from the user role list. 
  3. Click Add new role
  4. In the window that opens, specify a name for the role (for example, Workflow User) and select UI Access, Workflow Access, and optionally API Write Access in permissions.

  5. Click save to save the settings. 
  6. Navigate to Administration > Manage Users and click the user that you want to edit permissions for.
  7. For Zuora Platform Role, select the role that you create in step 4. zuora_role_edit.png
  8. Click save to save the settings.
