Upgrade Zuora 360 to Q3 2014 (Version 2.90)
This document explains how to upgrade Zuora 360 Q1 2014 release (version 2.80) to the Q3 2014 release (version 2.90).
If {{z360}} has never been installed in your {{sfdc}} org, perform the standard installation instruction as described in Install the Zuora 360 Package.
You are not required to uninstall your current version before installing the new version.
Enable History Tracking
- Navigate to user name > Setup > App Setup > Create > Objects.
- Alternatively, in your Salesforce org, you may need to navigate to user name > Setup > Build > Create > Objects.
- Click Billing Account.
- In the Custom Object Definition Detail section, click Edit.
- On the Edit Custom Object Definition page, in the Optional Features section, select Track Field History.
- Click Save.
- In the Custom Fields & Relationships section, click Set History Tracking.
- On the Billing Account Field History page, select Account and click Save.
Install the Zuora 360 Managed Package
Request the Zuora 360 package installation link from Zuora Global Support, and install the version 2.90 of Zuora 360. See Install the Zuora 360 Package for detailed steps.
Assign New Page Layouts
In Zuora 360 Q3 '14 Release, the following new Page Layouts were added. These layouts include new lookup or formula fields that reference the new objects synchronized from Zuora, the Product and Payment Term objects. You can use these new Page Layouts directly, or you can add these new fields to your existing layouts.

The above Page Layouts include new field layouts and new buttons. Follow the steps below to assign the new Page Layouts to the user profiles.
- Navigate to Setup > Administration Setup > Manage Users > Profiles.
- Click the profile to which you want to assign page layouts.
- On the Profile page, go to the Page Layouts section.
- In the Custom Object Layouts sub-section, click View Assignment next to the object in the table above.
- On the Page Layout Assignment page for the selected object, select the user profile and click Edit Assignment.
- With the profile highlighted, click the Page Layout To Use field and select the new page layout listed in the table above.
- Repeat the Step #6 to assign all applicable user profiles and page layouts.
- Click Save.
The following image shows the new Billing Account Page Layout assigned to the Standard User profile.
