Zuora ProcessAI (ProcessAI) is an AI-based process mining and analytics solution that enables business process optimization in your quote-to-revenue processes.
ProcessAI has built-in connectors for major business applications to pull data into the Zuora platform. The ingested structured data such as transaction amount and currency, transaction type, event start time and end time can then be used to discover business processes and the variants thereof, get analytical insights, and measure KPIs using AI algorithms and machine learning. Addressing process inefficiencies and optimizing the business process with ProcessAI helps you realize better ROI and customer satisfaction.

Model and visualize your business processes
ProcessAI builds process maps based on the data ingested from Billing, Collect, and Revenue. With closed-loop continuous process mapping and optimization capability from ProcessAI, you can quickly analyze the business process at any point in time and get insights into how a new process or application impacts your business. The timeline-based versioning model also gives an opportunity to roll back changes in the business processes that do not provide expected and timely results. The baselining capability is augmented with data from Zuora’s vast customer base, allowing you to compare your processes with industry benchmarks and update it continuously as your business grows across geographies and with new subscription business models.
Identify anomalies in your processes
ProcessAI automatically identifies anomalies in the business processes and ingested data, and clusters them in categories so that you can identify exceptions and take necessary actions. The anomaly detection feature helps you to identify process variations that are not required and may not be contributing to the KPIs that the business is tracking.
Make data-driven decisions to optimize business processes
Configurable dashboards in ProcessAI provide insights about process performance, KPIs, and other process analytics that you can leverage to drive business decisions and optimize processes. For example, you can use the dashboard to show insights like how many invoices missed payments on time, and how many customer payments have failed in the payment run. The configurable and extensible dashboards capability will help you get native analytics and dashboards in Zuora that can improve accuracy and simplify reporting.
Currently, the following limitations are applicable to ProcessAI:
- The ingested data is limited to Zuora data, including data from Billing, Collect, and Revenue.
- ProcessAI can retrieve and analyze structured data only.
- The maximum time range for the data filter is 1 year.
