The Z-Suite March 2015 Release includes an upgrade to a newer Netsuite API endpoint. The upgrade requires an action on your part if you have an existing Z-Suite configuration. You must re-enter your Zuora and NetSuite connection passwords to sync without errors. If you were running scheduled syncs, those will need to be recreated as well.
This article explains the steps that you must take to avoid sync errors and what to do if you encounter them and how to setup your scheduled syncs again.
The Z-Suite March 2015 Release is targeted for 10 a.m. PDT on March 11, 2015.
This action is required if you have an existing Z-Suite configuration. If you are new to Z-Suite and have not yet configured Z-Suite, this action does not apply to you.
Zuora recommends that you re-enter your Zuora and NetSuite passwords immediately after the Z-Suite March 2015 Release and before running your next sync. Taking this action will allow sync runs to complete without incident (business as usual) or creating a backlog of sync runs.
If you were running scheduled syncs, you will also need to recreate those as well.
Target Z-Suite Release Date: 10 a.m. PDT on March 11, 2015
You must re-enter your Zuora Connection and NetSuite Connection passwords.
Once you have re-entered your passwords, your scheduled syncs will proceed without error.
If you don't re-enter your passwords and a scheduled sync runs, you will get sync errors. You can re-enter your passwords (see previous steps) and manually start the sync by clicking Run Now.
Double-click the error to review details:
NetSuite: If you have forgotten your NetSuite password, go to https://system.na1.netsuite.com/pages/pwdreset.jsp to reset it.
Zuora: This password is the same password you use to log into Zuora.
