Delete a Custom Email Template

You cannot delete the default email templates.

To delete a custom email template, complete the following steps:

1. Select the Settings icon
2. Select Email Templates

   The Email Template Library screen displays.

3. Select the three dots at the end of the row for the email template you want to edit
4. Select Delete

   A confirmation dialog box displays

5. Select the Delete button to delete the email template and return to the Email Template Library screen. Selecting the Cancel button displays the Email Template Library screen without deleting the email template
