Adjusting a User’s Entitlements
This tutorial describes how to add or remove entitlements, credits, meters and bundles from a user. This example refers specifically to Entitlements, however the same steps apply for Credits, Meters, and Bundles.
- Select Identity > Users
- Search and open the user’s profile who you would like to adjust entitlements for.
To Add Entitlements, Credits, Meters, or Bundles

Scroll to the Entitlements section and click Add Entitlement.
Choose the entitlement you wish to add from the dropdown list.
If you would like the entitlement to expire, check the Entitlement grant expires? checkbox and select the date range for the entitlement.
Click Add Entitlement.
To Remove Entitlements, Credits, Meters, or Bundles
This example refers specifically to Entitlements, however the same steps apply for Credits, Meters, and Bundles.
- Locate the relevant entitlement in the user’s Entitlements list.
- Click Remove.
Confirm that you wish to remove the entitlement, by clicking OK.
