After an HTML template is created and customized, you can duplicate it through the Zuora UI if needed.

To duplicate an HTML template through the Zuora UI, perform the following steps:

  1. Click your avatar at the top right and navigate to Billing > Manage Billing Document Configuration.

  2. On the Manage Invoice, Credit/Debit Memo Templates tab, click the HTML template that you want to duplicate.
    The selected template is displayed in the online HTML template editor.

  3. In the HTML template editor, click the more options icon and then click Duplicate.

  4. In the displayed Duplicate dialog, enter a name for the new template in the New Name field and click Duplicate.

The duplicated HTML template is displayed in the HTML template editor. You can customize the new template based on your demands.
