The Flexible Billing feature is in the Early Adopter phase. We are actively soliciting feedback from a small set of early adopters before releasing it as generally available. If you want to join this early adopter program, submit a request at Zuora Global Support.

The following use case is presented to showcase how you can use the Flexible Billing feature through the Subscriptions UI.

View bill-to contacts and payment terms on subscription details pages

In this use case, assume that you have an initial subscription with a specific bill-to contact and a specific payment term. 

To view the details of its bill-to contact and payment term, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Customers > Subscriptions.
  2. On the Subscriptions page, find the subscription that you want to view its details and click its subscription number.
  3. Find the following billing attributes on the subscription details page.
    • Bill To Contact
    • Payment Term
  4. Click "View Detail" next to the corresponding fields to view the details.

The bill-to contact and payment term details are viewed on the subscription page.
