Overview

Zuora Data Sync for Dynamics 365 automatically synchronizes record changes in Zuora to Dynamics 365. Zuora Data Sync enables you to synchronize:

  • Sync data on product and subscription objects:
    • Product
    • Product Rate Plan
    • Product Rate Plan Charge
    • Product Rate Plan Charge Tier
    • Subscription
    • Subscription Rate Plan
    • Subscription Rate Plan Charge

Depending on the objects enabled for synchronization and your data volume, it can take up to 10 minutes to synchronize all data to Dynamics 365. As soon as the product objects sync, you can add products to quotes, and once the subscription objects sync, you can add subscriptions to quotes.
