Create a New Customer Contact

As a part of account creation you will create a Contact for your customer account. Fill in the fields as needed for the contact.

The fields required to set up a new contact are the First Name, Last Name, State/Province, and Country/Region.

Note that it is necessary to manually update all changes made to the existing account and contact information in Dynamics with Zuora.

Take the following steps to create a new customer contact:

In your Microsoft Dynamics 365 sales hub, navigate to the Contacts page under the Customers section.
Click the New button.
Enter the Basic Information for the account. The following table provides a detailed description of each field displayed on the Contacts layout page.

	Email	No	The contact's email address. You must also enter a valid email address if you want to send invoices to the customer electronically by email.

	Address Name	No	The address name of the contact's address.
	Street	No	The street of the contact's address.

	City	No	The city of the contact's address.
	State/Province	Yes	The country of the contact's address.
	ZIP/Postal Code	No	The postal code of the contact's address.
	Country/Region	Yes	The country of the contact's address.
	Phone	No	The contact's phone number.

Description		No	A description for the contact.

Click Save. The customer contact is saved with an Saved status. You can create Account for this contact and start charging them for your products or services.
