Dates in Insights

Insights displays and exports all data according to the time zone of your Insights stream.

The time zone of your Insights stream was set when your Insights stream was created. The time zone of your Insights stream is not necessarily the same as the time zone of your Zuora tenant or your local time zone.

All dates and times referenced in this article are intended to be interpreted in the time zone of your Insights stream. References to 00:00 mean 00:00 in the time zone of your Insights stream.

The time zone of your Insights stream applies to all dates and times in Insights. This includes:

  • Dates that you enter in the segment query builder.
  • Dates and times displayed in charts and tables.
  • Dates and times in exported data.

See Insights APIs for information about how the Insights APIs handle dates and times.

Dates and times in Insights are not affected by the time zone of your browser. As an individual team member, you cannot customize the time zone that Insights uses when displaying dates and times to you.

To inquire about the time zone of your Insights stream, submit a request at Zuora Global Support.
