Using Account Dashboards

As a user of Insights, you have access to individualized analytics about each of your subscribers.

View Account Identity

Every account in Insights has an identity page that provides a comprehensive overview of a subscriber's attributes and metrics.

To view the identity page for an Insights account:

Navigate to Accounts.

The Accounts page opens and lists the accounts in your Insights tenant.
Click an account name.

The account's identity page opens.

You can also open an account's identity page by searching for the account at the top right of any Insights page.

The identity page displays the current values of attributes and metrics for the account. The identity page also displays visualizations of metric and numeric attribute trends, in the form of large headline dashboard cards and smaller sparkline charts. For example:

Insights administrators can configure the layout and contents of account identity pages. See Set the Layout of Account Profile Pages for more information.
(Optional) If your Insights administrator has created more than one custom identity page layout, select a different identity page layout from the Current Layout pick list.

Insights will remember your choice of identity page layout for when you view account identity pages in the future.

After viewing the identity page for an account, you can view time series plots of session activity, event counts, attribute values, and metric values.

To view account trends, select the Trends tab.

You can zoom in on a chart by clicking and dragging to select a time period. To zoom out, click Reset Zoom.

After viewing the identity page for an account, you can view a bar chart that compares event counts for the account during a specified time period.

To view account events, select the Account Events tab.

You can use the Range field to specify the amount of historical data to include in the bar chart.

After viewing the identity page for an account, you can view a table of all users for the account.

To view account users, select the Account Users tab.

The table of users is sortable and exportable. You can click a user name to drill down to the user's dashboard.

After viewing the identity page for an account, you can view a list of recent events for the account.

To view the feed, select the Feed tab.

After viewing the identity page for an account, you can compare event counts against other accounts.

To compare accounts, select the Compare tab.

You can use the Date Range field to specify the amount of historical data to include in the bar chart.
