Insights tracks the actions that users perform in your application. Each type of action is represented by an event in Insights.

You can compare historical data about the number of events that Insights recorded for account and users.

Compare Event History Across Accounts

To view graphs of the number of times per day that multiple accounts performed an action:

  1. On the event profile page, select the Compare Accounts tab.

  2. In the Date Range field, select one of the predefined time frames.

  3. In the Accounts field, enter the accounts to compare.

For each account, Insights displays a graph of the number of events per day within the specified time frame. For example:

You can hide data for an account by clicking the account name at the bottom of the chart.

Compare Event History Across Events

To view graphs of the frequency of multiple events per day, across all accounts:

  1. Navigate to Events.
  2. Select Chart.
  3. In the Range field, select one of the predefined time frames.
  4. Select the Compare Events tab.
  5. In the Events field, enter the events to compare.

For each event, Insights displays a graph of the number of events per day, across all accounts, within the specified time frame. For example:

To view the number of times that multiple accounts performed multiple actions within a time frame:

  1. On the profile page of one of the accounts to compare, select the Compare tab.

  2. In the Date Range field, select one of the predefined time frames.

  3. In the Accounts field, enter the other accounts to compare.

  4. In the Events field, enter the events to compare.

For each account, Insights displays the number of times that the account performed each action within the specified time frame. For example:

You can hide data for an account by clicking the account name at the bottom of the chart.

To view the number of times that multiple users performed multiple actions within a time frame:

  1. On the profile page of one of the users to compare, select the Compare tab.

  2. In the Date Range field, select one of the predefined time frames.

  3. In the Users field, enter the other users to compare.

  4. In the Events field, enter the events to compare.

For each user, Insights displays the number of times that the user performed each action within the specified time frame. For example:
