Customize Account Names and Avatars

By default, the name that Insights displays for an account is the value of the account's Zuora Account Name attribute. You can set a different attribute to be used for account names. Only one attribute at a time can be used for account names.

Insights also supports custom avatars for accounts. If you have a collection of account avatars that you would like Insights to display, you can set up an attribute to point to your account avatars.

Insights displays an account's avatar and name on the account's dashboard. For example:

Insights_Account_Avatar.png

Your collection of account avatars could include company logos, industry symbols, persona images, health status indicators, and so on. Only one attribute at a time can point to your account avatars.
