Get Started with Zuora Copilot
Zuora Copilot for Analytics is an in-app conversational assistant that you can access from within the Zuora application.
To access Zuora Copilot, after logging into your Zuoa account:
- Navigate to Analytics > Dashboard.
- Click
on the bottom right of your screen.
- Use the text box at the bottom to type your data-related prompt or Select a pre-configured question from the suggestions section.
- The Copilot will display the resultant metric in text, table, and visual form.
Best practices for writing prompts
- When writing a prompt, give Zuora Copilot a specific requirement. Your prompts can be keywords or descriptive questions. For example:
- Gross MRR for last 12 months
- Average Net ARR for last quarter
- Active subscriber count for last month
- Avoid the use of ambiguous terms in your prompts.
- Use Zuora’s recommended prompt format for the best results.
- Zuora Co-pilot for Analytics feature works best in the English language only.
Drill-down search results
Once you get the answer to your initial search prompt/question, you can use the drill-down feature to refine your search results further and gain deeper insights.
To drill down your answer:
- Click Select a dimension. Select a dimension or metric from the dropdown to drill down into the results.
Share feedback on the search results
You can share your feedback on the accuracy and relevance of the result by clicking the ellipsis icon at the top-right of the Copilot slider.
