Data source merge fields for email and callout templates
Most events that email or callout templates relate to are mapped to a data source. You can use fields from the data source as merge fields in email and callout templates to customize your notification emails and callouts.

Credit memo and debit memo event categories This feature is only available if you have Invoice Settlement enabled. The Invoice Settlement feature is generally available as of Zuora Billing Release 296 (March 2021). This feature includes Unapplied Payments, Credit and Debit Memos, and Invoice Item Settlement.
