Sold To Contact field available on Orders UI

An enhancement has been made to the Orders UI. You can now set and view the Sold To Contact field for an order line item on the Orders UI.

Order Line Item object and fields available in HTML templates

You can now configure HTML templates to display information about all the fields of the Order Line Item object, including custom fields.

For example, you can first use the Data Table component to build a charge details table in a template. Then, you can add columns by selecting the Order Line Item object and its fields like Amount, Description, and so on.

Support for ignoring Pending status for workflows

Workflows are now placed into the Pending status if there are pending tasks during execution, such as the Approval Task, Delay Task, and Callout Task Retry.

Since this new functionality may change behavior for existing workflows, the Ignore Pending Status option is introduced. If you’ve set a workflow to ignore the Pending status, the workflow status switches to Finished and the On Finish branch could execute multiple times for each occurrence of pending tasks moving to the Success or Error status. As a result, this could also create unwanted success or failure notifications.

The Ignore Pending Status option is checked for all the existing workflows, and it is not checked for new workflows by default.

You can update this setting for a workflow version under the Main > Runtime section on the Settings page of the workflow version.
