When the release notes are first published, not all resolved issues are included on the below page. This page will be continuously updated bi-weekly for the subsequent sandbox releases until the next quarterly release.

---|---|---|---|---|
ZR-21162 | 392796 | Close Process Dashboard | Issue with close process dashboard CSV Export | In the 37.012.00.00 release, the export to CSV from the Close Process Dashboard pages generated a blank file. This issue is now fixed. |
ZR-21160 | Close Process Dashboard | Summary Tab - Not in sync with Data validation tab line items | In the new Close Process Summary tab released in 37.012.00.00, the information under Data completeness and revenue exceptions section were not in sync with the Data Validation tab line items. This issue has been resolved in 37.012.01.00. | |
ZR-21015 | 391868 | MJE | New MJE - Custom Stage Handler was not working for CCID Update | For new manual journals where Enable MJE Rehaul profile is set to Yes, you can add custom logic using stage handlers. However, the logic to update the CCID attribute in MJE lines is supported only with the MJE stage handler of After_Validate and not Before_Validate. Any custom logic used in Before_validate stage to update the CCID attribute will be overwritten by a default value of 999. |
ZR-20598 | 378590 | Holds and Approval | MJE - Second level Approvers getting skipped in case of MJEs needing multiple approvals | The status of the MJE was changed to Approved after the first approval, which required multiple approvals. This issue is now fixed. The status of the MJE will change only after all the approvals are received. |
ZR-20458 | 383767 | Allocation | Incorrect allocation on RC with Allocation eligible and non-eligible lines | Re-allocation of the RC was incorrect due to an update to the RC that resulted in SO lines participating in allocation (CV_ELIGIBLE_FLAG-Y) to be less than the count of SO lines not participating in allocation (CV_ELIGIBLE_FLAG- N & SKIP_CT_MOD_FLAG - Y). This issue is now fixed. The re-allocation will be performed on the remaining SO lines that are enabled for allocation. |

ZR-18896 | 380205 | Allocation | Waterfall changed post Type 4 RORD on RC having other types RORD already. | The adjustment entries were released twice in the current open period in the Type4 line. This issue is resolved by verifying if the current Open Period adjustment entry is available before releasing the adjustment revenue. If the adjustment is not released in the current period, it is released from the current open period. |

ZR-21235 | 393516 | UI | Manage Cost Type - Cannot create a new cost type | When a user tried to add a new cost type in Policies > Cost > Manage Cost Type, the UI displayed the message “Data is loading” and did not allow the user to perform any action and did not create the new cost type. This issue was caused after updating the UI library to a newer version which changed the internal data structure resulting in a UI freeze. This issue has been resolved now by updating the application conditions to use the correct data structure/key from the updated version of the UI library. |
ZR-18444 | 376704 | UI | RC workbench - Data load performance delay |
Whenever a user tried to perform an action while viewing the revenue contract detail screen, like search, view, or open a dashboard, the UI took a long time to display the data and did not indicate if the data was loading. The huge volume of RC data caused the delay, and the user could not determine if the data was loading or the system had hung up. To resolve this issue, an indicator message "Data is loading" is displayed on the UI until the data is presented on the screen to avoid confusion. |
ZR-21240 | 392385 | UI | CDW: Filters are not visible in the SSP stratification report |
The filters did not appear in the SSP stratification report as the batch name had a special character (tab space) which is not supported. This issue may have occurred while copying the batch name from another source. To resolve this issue, a fix is provided to remove the tab space or any special character before submitting the values from the UI. |
ZR-21439 | 394334 | UI | Sophos SBX4 Multi book enabled - Period close issue |
Multiple issues occurred and were identified while running the period close process. In the multi-book instance, the process status of one book is reflected in all the other books. Also, the tasks edited for one book are replicated for the other books. The system was stuck on skipping/completing a task, and the previous tasks became blank on reloading the UI. This replication issue was resolved by handling the status of the individual books. The UI reload issue was resolved by modifying the table configuration resulting in the UI freezing. |

ZR-21993 | 398635 | UI | The user role appears twice during login | When a multi-role user logs into the application, the role selection happens quickly in the role selection popup window, even when the role is already set. This intermittent issue occurs only when there is a delay in the “getUsrDetails” API response. For BOT-enabled login, the role selection quickly happens if there is a delay in the API response. The occurrence of this issue is high for a BOT user than a normal user. This is an internal issue and has been resolved by adding appropriate conditions. |
ZR-21182 | 392998 | UI | RC workbench loads incorrectly | For a multi-version RC grouping template that is created with a different set of grouping values, the RC workbench group by API fails. This results in a loading error on the workbench. This is an internal issue and has been resolved. |
