This article provides a summary of new features, enhancements, and resolved issues in the Zuora RevPro version 36.009.00.
New features and enhancements
The following new features and enhancements are available in this release.
Track users created during a specific range
Previously, the activity of user creation is not tracked or displayed in any audit report. From this release, the User Creation report is added to the SOX and Audit category. You can use this report to list all the users that are created or modified during a specified period of time.
Track contract amendment timeline
Previously, the Contract Mod End Date column is included only in the Contract Modification report. This column is a critical column, which provides the date information about the contract modifications that occur to a revenue contract.
From this release, the Contract Mod End Date column is added to all the reports that are derived from the Revenue Contract Header (RPOR_RC_HEAD) table. It can help you better understand the allocation treatment that is performed on a revenue contract, especially the prospective treatment.
Improved Audit Trail Report
Previously, the configuration activities in the Audit Trail Report are categorized into three types, which include Setups, Templates, and Users. You can select only one category to run the report at one time. To generate the report for all the three types, you must run the report multiple times.
From this release, when you run the Audit Trail Report, you can select ALL for the Category field and run the report only once to get the audit trails for all the configuration activities.
Updated BI views
The quarterly updates to RevPro BI views are delivered in this release. More columns are added to several existing BI views. To download the latest version spreadsheet that contains all data entry details, see Data entry details.
