Assigning users Workflow access permissions
As a Platform Administrator, you can manage users’ access to Workflow by creating and assigning custom Platform Roles with different Workflow access permissions to the users.
By default, users with the Administrator role have all the Workflow access permissions enabled, users with the Standard User role have all the access permissions except Workflow View Access enabled.
Creating custom platform roles

Log in to Zuora and navigate to Administration > Manage User Roles

Select Platform from the user role list

Click Add new role

In the window that opens, specify a name for the role and select the access permissions this role will have. For example, to create a role that can only view the workflows:
a. Set the Role Name to "Workflow Viewer".
b. Check the following Platform permissions: View Access, API Write Access, Workflow View Access.

Click Save
Assigning Platform Role to user
After you have created platform roles, you can assign the roles to users in your tenant:

Navigate to Administration > Manage Users and click the user that you want to edit permissions for.

Click edit in the Basic Information tab,

Select the Zuora Platform Role that you want to assign to the user.

Click Save.
