Setup SSO with JumpCloud using SAML in OneID
This article guides you through adding Zuora OneID to JumpCloud, configuring SAML settings, and managing user access, simplifying single sign-on integration for Zuora OneID in JumpCloud.
Step 1: Add Zuora OneID app to JumpCloud
- Log in to JumpCloud as an administrator.
- Go to the SSO Applications tab and click Add New Application.
- Select Custom SAML App.
- In the General Info step, provide the following information:
- Enter the Display Label and Description for the app.
- Optional: Add an app logo.
- On the SSO tab, you can upload the Service Provider Metadata file from this URL: https://one.zuora.com/saml/metadata. You can also manually configure the following SAML settings:
- SP Entity ID: https://one.zuora.com/saml/metadata
- For the ACS URLs, add this URL: https://one.zuora.com/saml/SSO
- SAMLSubject NameID format:
emailAddress
- SAMLSubject NameID:
email
- Leave other fields at their default values.
- Click Save.
Step 2: Obtain JumpCloud SAML metadata URL
- Log in to JumpCloud and go to the SSO Applications tab.
- Click the application for Zuora OneID.
- Click the SSO tab.
- Under the JumpCloud Metadata section, click Copy Metadata URL.
- Submit the metadata URL to OneID.
Step 3: Assign Zuora OneID app to JumpCloud users
To create a new user group that requires access to the application
- Log in to the JumpCloud Administrator Portal.
- Go to User Groups.
- Click (+), then select Create a Group of Users.
- Name the new user group, then select Users.
- Select the users you would like to add to the group.
- Go to Applications.
- Select the application you would like the user group to have access to.
- Click Save.
To provide an existing user group with access to the application
- Select the group of users you would like to grant access to the application.
- In the Groups Details panel, select Applications.
- Select the application you would like the user group to have access to.
- Click Save.
