Zuora Data Centers
Zuora operates the following data centers:
- US Cloud Data Center 1 - Default region for Zuora's services. Located in North America. Available since September 2020.
- US Cloud Data Center 2 - Region for Zuora's services dedicated for Zuora customers who started using Zuora's services before September 2020. Located in North America.
- EU Cloud Data Center - Isolated region for Zuora's services. Located in the European Union (Germany). Available since July 2017.
All data centers follow the same customer onboarding process, product release cadence, and product deployment schedule.
It is not possible for a multi-entity hierarchy to span multiple data centers.
US Cloud Data Center 1
The US Cloud Data Center 1 is intended for use by Zuora customers who are based outside the European Union. This data center is the default data center for Zuora customers whose tenants are provisioned after September 2020.
If your organization has a tenant in the US Cloud Data Center 1, use the following URLs to access Zuora's services:

EU Cloud Data Center
The EU Cloud Data Center is intended for use by Zuora customers who are based in the European Union. Zuora does not copy or replicate customer data between this data center and any other data centers.
