In Phase 1, you configured your entire Zuora tenant so that now it's at a point when you can start taking new orders within Zuora. We will cover taking orders withing Zuora in this phase so that when this is complete, you will be live with new customers. There are four primary ways to take orders into Zuora, all of which are covered in milestone 4: manual orders, orders from your website using Z-Checkout, orders from your website using Zuora APIs, and orders from Salesforce.com.

Once you start taking new orders, there are a few other tasks that you will need to address before Go Live with Zuora, such as testing your implementation and training your internal users, and this will be covered in Milestone 5.
