In Phase 1 of this Self Implementation you configured your Zuora production tenant get ready to take orders, and in Phase 2 you learned different ways of adding new subscribers before Going Live with Zuora.

In Phase 3, we will describe key ways to expand upon your Zuora implementation.  We will get started by showing how your accounting and finance team can generate reports to better run your business and satisfy month-end reporting requirements.

In the subscription economy, you will constantly experiment and make changes to your pricing and go to market quickly. In addition you will have end users upgrading, downgrading, adding or removing products to existing subscriptions. In Phase 3, you will learn about these use cases and, if applicable, you will also go through steps of bringing in your existing customers to Zuora.

Once you are done with Phase 3, you will be ready to exit from the Self Implementation process and start managing Zuora on your own.
