Now that you've learned how to take new customer subscription orders in Zuora, let us now look at how to manage existing customer accounts and their associated subscriptions. After going through this Milestone you will be able to handle use cases like updating a customer's contact information or credit card expiration date or something slightly more complex like upgrading a customer's subscription to a new rate plan, adding more seats to an existing subscription, or canceling a subscription.
In this milestone, we will cover all of these topics. In particular, you will:
