Delivery Adjustment available for early adopters

You can now use delivery adjustments to handle end-customer delivery complaints only for the Delivery Pricing charge model. For more information, see Delivery Adjustments.

You can call the following Adjustments API operations for delivery adjustments:

  • Create an adjustment
  • List all adjustments of the latest version subscription
  • Retrieve an adjustment
  • Preview an adjustment
  • Cancel an adjustment

UI enhancements to order actions

In 2023.06.R2, we added the Change Reason field for the following order actions:

SaferPay payment gateway integration available

A new payment gateway integration called SaferPay is now available in Zuora. It integrates with the Saferpay gateway services to handle the following credit card transactions:

  • Payment method validation
  • Payment
  • Referenced refund 
  • Non-referenced refund

The SaferPay payment gateway integration also supports the following features:

  • 3D Secure 2.0
  • Delayed Capture
  • Stored Credential Transactions

This feature is in the Early Adopter phase. We are actively soliciting feedback from a small set of early adopters.

Quickstart API 

From 2022.09.R1, the Quickstart API is available to you if you have the Orders (or Order Harmonization) and Invoice Settlement features enabled in your tenant. The QuickstartAPI allows new integrators to swiftly integrate with Zuora, and it supports essential business use cases.
