UI support for automatic refunding after subscription cancellations

We will release this feature in Sandbox environments on or after February 24, 2023, and it will not be deployed to Production environments until further notice.

This feature is in the Early Adopter phase. We are actively soliciting feedback from a small set of early adopters before releasing it as generally available.

You can now cancel an active subscription with a refund for the unconsumed part of the payments by clicking Cancel on the reinvented subscription details page.
The function is only available for tenants with Orders enabled, and the Enable Order UI setting is checked in Billing Settings > Default Subscription and Order Setting
Previously, you could only use the Create an order API operation to cancel a subscription with a refund. The UI still hasn't supported the write-off function that is supported in the Create an order API operation.
Note that the Cancel process cannot fully replace the existing cancel subscription, payment, and refund process. If the Cancel process does not support any complex scenario, you need to use your existing cancel subscription, payment, and refund process.

For more information, see Cancel a subscription and refund the end customers automatically.

Support for specifying bill run names

When creating a bill run through the Zuora UI and REST API, you can now specify a name for the bill run. Therefore, you can easily distinguish between bill runs if you have multiple bill runs every month.

Additionally, you can also view the name displayed next to the bill run number on the bill run details page, and edit the name for pending bill runs.
