Configure Zuora E-Invoicing feature

To configure the Zuora E-Invoicing feature, complete the following tasks:

  1. Configure Sovos as the service provider. For more information, see Configure e-invoicing service providers. You need to configure a service provider used with Sovos sandbox environment and another service provider used with Sovos production environment.  
    • Select the Test Environment checkbox when configuring the service provider used with the Sovos sandbox environment.
    • Clear the Test Environment checkbox when configuring the other service provider used with the Sovos production environment.
  2. Configure the business region. For more information, see Configure e-invoicing business regions. You need to configure a business region to associate it with the service provider used with Sovos sandbox environment and another business region to associate with the other service provider used with Sovos production environment. Except for the associated service providers, the two business regions have the same settings.
