Provides steps to access benchmarks in-app

To access Zuora In-product Benchmark metrics:

  1. Navigate to Analytics > Benchmarks
  2. Select the most relevant option from the following filter dropdown to classify your data for Benchmarking:
    • Industry: 
      • Dynamic Peerset: Custom peer group for benchmarking
      • Manufacturing
      • Hightech SAAS
      • Media
    • Performance: 
      1. Below 25th percentile
      2. Below Median
      3. Above Median
      4. Exceeds Benchmark
