Compliance

Zuora does not include the data of customers who opted out of Zuora AI initiatives for any form of benchmarking. By default, this feature is enabled for all the customers who have Zuora Analytics enabled. If you want to be excluded from the benchmarking process/feature, please reach out to your CSM or Zuora Support.

Feedback
