Error logging and Troubleshooting HubSpot connector


You can access logs detailing successful and failed sync attempts within the Zuora Platform's System Health Dashboard. To access the logs,

  1. Navigate to Zuora Billing, then go to Administration > System Health from the left navigation menu.
  2. Scroll down to Platform and choose Integration Hub.
  3. Click on Integration Hub to access logs containing DEBUG-level information.
  4. Logs are available at the task level, enabling users to review successful operations and diagnose errors by viewing and downloading detailed information.
