Error logging and Troubleshooting HubSpot connector


You can access logs detailing successful and failed sync attempts within the Zuora Platform's System Health Dashboard. To access the logs,

  1. Navigate to Zuora Billing, then go to Administration > System Health from the left navigation menu.
  2. Scroll down to Platform and choose Integration Hub.
  3. Click on Integration Hub to access and filter logs using the connector name as Hubspot to Zuora to view the DEBUG-level information.
  4. Logs are available at the task level, enabling users to review successful operations and diagnose errors by viewing and downloading detailed information.


To troubleshoot, review system health logs for error messages. The HubSpot connector offers in-app troubleshooting capabilities, allowing users to access and inspect post-sync logs without switching to Zuora's System Health Dashboard. This functionality is available when sync is triggered from accounts or deals, streamlining sales representative activities and enhancing troubleshooting convenience. For instance, during the synchronization of companies with deals, the process displays a Waiting for sync to finish status. If applicable, it prompts an error message, as depicted in the screenshot below.
