Assigning users Workflow access permissions

Assigning users Workflow access permissions

As a Platform Administrator, you can manage users’ access to Workflow by creating and assigning custom Platform Roles with different Workflow access permissions to the users.

By default, users with the Administrator role have all the Workflow access permissions enabled, users with the Standard User role have all the access permissions except Workflow View Access enabled.

Creating custom platform roles

  1. Log in to Zuora and navigate to Administration > Manage User Roles

  2. Select Platform from the user role list

  3. Click Add new role

  4. In the window that opens, specify a name for the role and select the access permissions this role will have. For example, to create a role that can only view the workflows:

    a. Set the Role Name to "Workflow Viewer".

    b. Check the following Platform permissions: View Access, API Write Access, Workflow View Access.

  5. Click Save
