Overview of Helix payment gateway integration

Zuora partners with J.P. Morgan Chase to provide a payment gateway integration called Helix Payment Gateway for processing credit card transactions.

This feature is in the Early Adopter phase. We are actively soliciting feedback from a small set of early adopters.

The Helix payment gateway integration only supports credit card payment methods, including the following card brands:

The following operations are not supported:
- Payment cancel/void
- Refund cancel/void
Only transactions in Australian Dollars (AUD) are supported.
