Create a New Login for your Zuora tenant

NetSuite Integration is enabled for your Zuora Tenant, a New Login for your tenant must be created in Zuora Marketplace before you can sync data between Zuora and NetSuite.

New Login When Invoice Settlement Not Enabled 

If Invoice Settlement is not enabled for your Zuora tenant, you must create a New Login of basic authentication before sync. See the instructions in Create a Tenant Login of Basic Authentication in Zuora Marketplace. Note that the Zuora WSDL version must be between 60 and 63 inclusive.

If Invoice Settlement is enabled for your Zuora tenant, you must create a New Login of OAuth authentication before sync. See the instructions in Create an OAuth Tenant Login in Zuora Marketplace.

Note: If you have updated your login credentials, to make the new credentials take effect, you must launch Zuora Connector for NetSuite application, go to Settings > Advanced Settings, and click Submit.
