Setting up a Corporate Account

1. To begin setting up a Corpoarte account, select Identity > Accounts within your Zephr Admin Console.

2. Click the Add Account button

4. Complete the Fields

  • Name
    • Name the Account relative to what it will be utilised for e.g. perks
  • Company
    • The companies previously created will automatically appear here in a drop down menu
  • Number of seats
    • Number of accounts allocated
  • By default once this number is reached, any new users above this number will be denied access
    • Select your Account component is similar to setting up a Bundle

Note that every user will inherit the company entitlement, regardless of their own personal user entitlement.

When adding a Corporate Account, keep in mind every user will inherit the Entitlements granted to that Corporate Account, regardless of their personal user entitlements. To add Entitlement to a Corporate Account, click Add Entitlements to reveal a list of all available Entitlements, then click Add next to the relevant Entitlements.

There are no limits so repeat this process until there are no more Entitlements to choose, or you have selected only the ones you wish to use.

At any time you can remove selected Entitlements by selecting the Remove button which will return the selection to the Available Entitlements row.

Meters

  • Adding Meters to your Bundle works exactly the same as shown in the above Entitlements example:
  • Add Meter to display a list of Available Meter
  • Select the previously created Meters required by clicking Add
  • This will move them into your Meters row and therefore your Bundle

Credit

  • Adding Credits to your Bundle works exactly the same as shown in the above Entitlements example:
  • Add Credit to display a list of Available Credit
  • Select the previously created credits required by clicking Add
  • This will move them into your Credits row and therefore your Bundle

Bundles

Adding Bundles to your Bundle works exactly the same as shown in the above Entitlements example:

  • Add Bundle to display a list of Available Bundles
  • Select the previously created Bundles required by clicking Add
  • This will move them into your Bundle row and therefore your Bundle
  • Once complete, select the Add Bundle button to create and return to the Bundle homepage

Completing the above is enough for a Basic Account, however the additional options available enable the following:

  • Allow this Account to be oversubscribed
    • Checking this enables users above the allocated allowance to register for the Account.
  • Alert the Account Manager when this account becomes oversubscribed
    • Checking this enables an email alert to be sent to the account administrator when the account limit is exceeded
  • Alert the Account Manager each time a user is added to this account, if the account is oversubscribed
    • Checking this enables an email alert to be sent to the account administrator for each oversubscription
    • Oversubscription is a useful tool when license renewal is negotiated
  • Registration Code
    • Clicking Generate Code creates a random code which can be overwritten/edited to suit. If a user used this code upon registration, they would automatically be added into the appropriate Corporate Account and inherit the entitlement model of the Corporate Account. Learn how to use Registration Codes in our Using Registration Codes for Account Membership guide.

Click Add Account to save your Corporate Account.
