Suspend and resume subscriptions in Zuora Business Automation Dashboard
You can configure the following automatic tasks in the Zuora Business Automation Dashboard to suspend and resume subscriptions associated with overdue invoices:
- Suspend Subscriptions By Overdue Invoices
- Resume the Suspended Subscriptions of Paid Invoices
These two tasks are only available on the Zuora Business Automation Dashboard in sandbox environments and in the Orders Harmonization tenant with Orders UI enabled or the Orders tenant.
The overdue invoices are identified by your defined overdue criteria during configuring the Suspend Subscriptions By Overdue Invoices task.
