Orders and Subscriptions

Terms and Conditions feature enhancement

To get access to this enhancement, submit a request at Zuora Global Support.

The migration to full Orders is in Limited Availability. We are actively soliciting feedback from a small set of early adopters before releasing as generally available.

The Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) feature in Orders has been enhanced. You can now change the term start date of a renewed subscription through a T&Cs order action. The supported use cases include:

  • Changing the term start date of a renewed term to a later date.
  • Changing the term start date of a renewed term to an earlier date. This date must not be earlier than the term start date of the previous term.

Resolved: Button missing from customer account page

Previously, the view all button was missing from the Subscriptions-Invoiced tab on the customer account page. You could not view all the invoiced subscriptions if more than five were present. This issue has now been resolved.

Invoicing and Invoice Settlement

Resolved: Invoice ID was always null in the Refund Application data source

Previously, when the Invoice Settlement feature was enabled, the value of the Invoice ID field was always null in the Refund Application data source.

This issue has now been resolved. The Invoice ID field is no longer displayed in the Refund Application data source.
